AN EXPERIENCED TEAM:

Our name may be new but the people behind it are brimming with expertise. Led by Wayne McGrath and backed by the financial strength of the Wylie Group, we have re -assembled a team that has contributed to some of WA’s most innovative construction projects.

Experienced as individuals and as a team, we have delivered projects of all sizes and scopes from bespoke family homes, to 100 house estates, offices, classrooms and accommodation. We now work side by side under Modularis Pty Ltd as Norfolk Homes. That is why you can expect an unwavering commitment to quality and service, from superior materials to meticulous construction methods.

WAYNE MCGRATH - DIRECTOR
Wayne is the genuine article; with over 30 year’s experience in the building industry, he has held a registered building licence since 1995. Building is in Wayne’s blood and the McGrath name is synonymous with the delivery of high quality homes across Perth and Western Australia. Wayne’s father Mal McGrath started building homes around 1965 and introduced many innovations to the industry such as honing rapid building techniques without sacrificing quality. Wayne’s longevity in the building industry is due to his commitment to always deliver on quality, establishing long-lasting relationships and his straight-forward authentic approach to business and life in general. All qualities of which are echoed and celebrated by Norfolk Homes. As Executive Chairman of the Wyllie Group, Wayne has gained further experience within the property development and investment fields.
ERROL DAVIES - DIRECTOR / GENERAL MANAGER
As well as being a registered builder, Errol is also a business manager with significant experience in project management and construction and in the building industry. Born in the wheat belt town of Wagin, Errol has strong family ties to regional Western Australia and understands the economic and social importance of a strong and diverse regional economy with a sustainable living environment. Errol oversees the day-to-day operations of the Modularis Group consisting of both Norfolk Homes and its sister counterpart Modular WA. Errol's role particularly focuses on construction, project management, quality, customer service and business development. Errol is motivated to provide all Norfolk Homes customers and clients with an experience that is second to none in terms of service and product quality.
JASON SJOLAND - DIRECTOR / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Finding the perfect home design with Norfolk Homes is easy. Partner that with Jason’s strong financial background and in depth knowledge of the building industry, moving into your perfect home has just gotten even easier. As a well respected finance and accounting professional, Jason’s passion has enabled him to develop strong relationships within the construction industry. Having completed both his Accounting and Finance degrees and as a member of the CPA, Jason has held the position of Financial Controller with other reputable builders for the past nine years. Now as Director and Financial Controller of the Modularis Group and Norfolk Homes, nothing drives Jason more than the idea of being a part of someone’s building journey, assisting them construct a place to call home. You can expect an exceptional level of customer service, quality advice and a product you will love.
GARY PETHICK - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
After 20 years experience within the construction industry, Gary is a registered builder with considerable expertise in construction management. Gary has worked on numerous projects that range from residential villages and commercial buildings, to up-market two storey metropolitan homes. Gary personally oversees the construction of each of our projects and won't settle for anything less than first-class construction. He has an incredible eye for detail, so you can be sure that every Norfolk Home is built to the highest possible standard of quality.
MICHAEL RICHARDS - ESTIMATING + PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Michael Richards is a proficient flexible Estimator and Procurement specialist with over 15 years’ of demonstrated work history in the Western Australian construction industry. He has grown within the industry through various scheduling, estimating, supervision and procurement roles at both large and boutique local building companies. With a wide range of experience in different construction methods and building purposes, he has vast construction knowledge and acutely developed skills in negotiation, estimation, contract management, project management, and a sharp eye for detail. His focused mathematical and methodical approach provides confidence with pricing across a variety of sectors and is a strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance. Michael is a family man, a father of 2, a footy fan and likes to keep active with outdoor hobbies such as surfing and mountain bike riding.
NORM GRAVES - SALES SPECIALIST
With no shortage of experience in the industry, Norman Graves has been delivering single and double storey, cost effective homes across WA over the past 30 years. Specialising in providing solutions for narrow lots, rear lots, and multi-unit developments, Norman offers excellent service from the design stage, right through to project completion. Norm has a passion for providing solutions that work for everyday people and will always go out of his way to make sure you're looked after.
ALEX DAVIES - SCHEDULER
Originally joining the team as a yardhand assisting with coordinating and overseeing the construction of homes, Alex moved into a scheduling role last year in order to assist delivering our growing order book. With Alex's prior working construction knowledge, he knows what it takes for a job to go smoothly from start to finish, and just how important efficient scheduling is to the process. As a result, Alex has been an asset and key member in ensuring all of our homes are delivered on schedule.
BEN TRUONG - DESIGN MANAGER
Ben is an exceptional draftsperson, having spent 10 years in architectural and structural design. Ben has previously been involved in projects such as the Perth Airport Office Complex, Fraser Range Project and Osprey Village in South Hedland as well as a number of accommodation and housing design projects across Western Australia. Ben's designs have been awarded multiple HIA housing awards and he always strives to ensure our homes are both attractive and highly functional. With an eye for detail and excellent architectural knowledge, Ben can assist in designing your dream home while ensuring it is efficient and practical.
CRAIG ROBINSON - DESIGN + ESTIMATING SPECIALIST
Exceptionally passionate and diligent, Craig is an expert design & estimating specialist who has been a key component to the Norfolk Homes team for many years now. With his certified HIA Greensmart accreditation, Craig is passionate about energy efficient design and can help you perfect the home of your dreams down to every little detail.
THOMAS DAVIES - HSEQ OFFICER
Brought on board to manage the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Control aspects of the business as the company grows, Thomas works closely alongside our executive management team to ensure our operations are carried out in the safest way possible. Thomas conducts auditing, procedural and policy reviews, and provides HSEQ related support across departments wherever required. Thomas is a key factor in ensuring all of the components of the business work together smoothly and is there to uphold not only our sustainability ethos but our absolute commitment to our stringent quality control practices.
